Sanpaolo IMI has adhered to the aims and indications of the Code of Conduct for Listed Companies ("Codice Preda") from its issue, recognizing the validity of the corporate governance model described therein.

The Company has implemented operating guidelines in line with the principles described in the Code and Consob recommendations on the matter, as well as with domestic and international best practices in general, adopting a governance system that aims to guarantee adequate sharing of responsibilities and powers, correctly balancing the functions of management and control.
