Turin - Milan, May 9th 2013 –  The Management Board of Intesa Sanpaolo, which was today elected by the Supervisory Board, subsequently met with all its members in attendance and unanimously appointed Enrico Tommaso Cucchiani Managing Director and CEO, and Carlo Messina General Manager Deputy to the CEO.
