In relation to the rumours circulating on the financial markets concerning the exposure to the Vivendi Group, IntesaBci communicates that the Group does business with approximately  fifty companies operating in Italy and abroad.

The exposure to companies belonging to Vivendi Universal currently amounts to approximately 180 million euro and that to companies in the Vivendi Environnement group equals approximately 160 million euro.

All these credit relations are performing normally.
