IntesaBci sold n. 1,770,562 shares held in Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (10.91% of share capital) to other Italian banking groups at a price of €60 each for a total amount of about €106 million. The sale of the shares results in a capital gain of approximately €70 million.
IntesaBci still holds a 5% stake in the share capital of Borsa Italiana and keeps its seat on the Board of Directors.
