In an effort to underscore the values of inclusion and anti-discrimination expressed in the Intesa Sanpaolo Code of Ethics, a series of tools have been activated with a view to improving company performance, rewarding talent in women, and promoting work-life balance for all Intesa Sanpaolo employees.
Ours is a conscious approach to the management of diversity within the organization whether it be cultural, ethnic, age or gender and different abilities, for which we have started a structured program of initiatives.
Enhancement of female talent
Intesa Sanpaolo is a supporting member of Valore D, the association set up by several major companies that have come together with the aim of helping businesses formulate development strategies for female talents, support women on their way towards top management, increase public discussion on the issue and promote change.
Diversity & Inclusion Award
In June 2016 Intesa Sanpaolo received the "Diversity & InclusionAward", award given to companies that promote policies to provide work for disadvantaged people, aiming at enhancing talent and skills. The Company's participation in Diversitalavoro is one of several initiatives that have been taken on the inclusion of disabled employees.
