PRELIOS: SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT RENEWED

Participants and stakes conferred remain unchanged

Milan, 28 March 2012 – The shareholders’ agreement regarding Prelios shares between Assicurazioni Generali, Camfin, Edizione, Intesa Sanpaolo, Massimo Moratti and Mediobanca has been renewed for a further 18 months and, as such, until 25 October 2013. In total, the agreement includes approximately 21.3% of Prelios capital.

The table below lists the participants in the agreement and the number of ordinary shares bound by it:
