INTESA SANPAOLO: SUPERVISORY BOARD 

 

Torino, Milano, 20 July 2011 - Intesa Sanpaolo announces that, in accordance with article 23.9 of the Articles of Association, Professor Eugenio Pavarani has joined the Supervisory Board in substitution of Professor Ferdinando Targetti. Professor Pavarani already served on the Supervisory Board in the years 2007-2008-2009.
