This section contains the annual and interim reports of Intesa Sanpaolo and its Subsidiaries, published after
1 January 2007, that is the date when the merger between Banca Intesa and Sanpaolo IMI took effect. As regards the financial statements and the reports issued before that date, please refer to the previous websites of the two banks by clicking on the links shown below.
