INTESA SANPAOLO OBTAINS AUTHORISATION TO AMEND ITS ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION


Turin - Milan, 4 February 2016 - Intesa Sanpaolo announces that the relevant authorities have issued the required verification notice concerning the amendments made by the Bank to its Articles of Association in relation to the adoption of a one-tier corporate governance system. The new Articles of Association will be submitted for the approval of shareholders at the Extraordinary Meeting convened for 26 February 2016.
