INTESA SANPAOLO: BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Turin - Milan, 5 February 2018 - Due to the protracted working session of today, the Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo will meet again tomorrow at 7 a.m. to approve consolidated results for the year 2017 (also proposing net income allocation) and the Business Plan. In respect of the above, a press release will be duly issued before the start of the presentation to the market, scheduled at 10 a.m..
