The selection process for Students, Graduates and Junior Professionals consists of three stages:
Stage 1: Pre-selection: screening of potential candidates carried out by the Selezione Office.
Stage 2: Individual web assessment, group dynamics and roleplay activities supervised by the Selezione Office.
Stage 3: Final individual interview with our HR Specialists and Line Managers.
