Information regarding compensation of administration and control bodies and other Key Managers relating to 2016
The following table shows the amounts of the compensation paid in 2016 to administration and control bodies and the General Managers of the subsidiaries, as well as the compensation paid to other Key Managers of the Parent Company who fall within the notion of “related party”. This also includes the maximum amounts of the variable portion of remuneration which shall be paid in cash and/or shares of the Parent Company, based on the Group's remuneration and incentive policy, subject to the verification of achievement of the assigned targets and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Parent Company.
