At Intesa Sanpaolo, training is a strategic lever for helping people grow.

What we ask people is that they take responsibility for their learning programmes by actively using all the various resources made available to them via different, integrated channels (classroom courses, e-learning, Web TV on demand, and virtual communities), offering innovative learning approaches.

Training for us is one of the most important channels for sharing and promoting the Intesa Sanpaolo culture and identity. But it is also an important means for preparing people to build their own futures and the future of the Group.
